The Civics and History Inquiry Project is currently a fiscally sponsored program of Goodnation Foundation. All staff are employees of Goodnation Foundation. Goodnation Foundation oversees payroll and employee benefits.

1.5 days of PTO earned for every month of full-time work. All employees are eligible for unlimited sick time. DKP Launch observes 11 public holidays and is closed during the period between Dec 24-Jan 1st. Parental leave
